Como Residences is a 71-storey tower over 300 metres tall with only 76 residences at launch: two- to seven-bedroom apartments and a duplex penthouse, with one or two homes per floor reached by access-controlled lifts and private lobbies. Three-bedroom homes span about 10,000 sq ft indoors and out; some have private pools. Amenities include an elevated private sandy beach, a 25-metre lap pool, a rooftop infinity pool and 360-degree viewing deck, padel and squash courts, a spa and a residents' lounge.
